Once the King is delared Monarch by the 'Accession Council' 

to ensure no other lays claim to the throne,

the proclamation is repeated throughout the land .

In times past this was the only way 

to ensure the 'rightful King' had been chosen.

Today, mass communication requires a more sedate,

and less dnagerous announcement.
