  3. They weren't all postman were they? The name of the park is not related to memorial wall I am thinking?

  4. The building behind is the General Post Office Building, now Royal Mail, and as they do in London small spaces are turned into parks. In the 19th century a man decided to honour brave folks who lost their lives attempting to save others, postmen or not.
