Ah Glammother! That's better! :)That is a field of rapeseed. The UK soon will be covered in such fields as the oil is in much demand, but not by me.
Just checked google, rapeseed does seem to be in big demand, but I'm joining you on the 'not by me' thing, think I'll stick to olive oil :)
